The M House

Completed in 2025, The M House is a distinguished modern residence set amongst olive trees in Martinborough. Constructed by Planit Construction, this luxurious lifestyle property combines contemporary sophistication with the tranquillity of its rural surroundings. Considered connections between interior and exterior spaces establish an effortless indoor–outdoor flow, creating an exceptional setting for both private relaxation and entertaining.  The outdoor living spaces are central to the home’s appeal, with a swimming pool, louvre roof, sunken lounge and outdoor fireplace providing an inviting environment for leisurely afternoons and evening gatherings. Inside, the inclusion of a bunk room introduces a practical provision for shared accommodation, complementing the residence’s emphasis on hospitality and relaxed luxury.  The M House received seven accolades at the 2026 Master Builders House of the Year awards, including Regional Supreme Winner, Regional Category Winner, the Regional Craftsmanship Award and a Gold Award. Regional Lifestyle Awards for Interior Design, Kitchen and Outdoor Living further recognise the quality and cohesion of this remarkable Martinborough home.
