This was a 1930 Californian bungalow that was converted to a medical centre.

Our involvement with this project was as a design consultant and the project manager. We were involved from the first site inspection through to the issuing of the compliance schedule upon handover. This was an enjoyable project; it was completed on time but was over budget due to some changes by the client. Overall the client was happy with the result and got to move into their operational medical centre on time.
