This Balinese inspired resort-style residence is located at Marsden Cove in Northland.
The dwelling, designed by Hulena Architects, has been named as a gold reserve finalist in the 2018 Auckland Registered Master Builders House of the Year competition and won a gold award in the New Home over $2 million category. The project was unique for us as our client was involved right from the start and worked alongside OTC on site throughout the build, tying steel, painting fences etc. you name it he did it.
Situated on the water the house boasts a combination of high spec materials, with a breath-taking raking ceiling in the open-plan living space soaring to 7m. The house is suited to entertaining as well as enjoying some private rest and relaxation, with louvres, palm trees, enormous stacker sliding doors, a sweeping alfresco space overlooking the canal which makes you feel like you are on holiday at home.
