The opening of Commercial Bay is a great success in Auckland CBD showing off the work of our Interiors teams for Harker Herbals retail tenancy. It is such a pleasure to see all the hard work come to fruition and to have worked alongside W Gartshore Limited to deliver Harker Herbals.
The interior is characterized by layered textures, muted colours and angular shapes, drawing inspiration from New Zealands native environment and volcanic landscape.
Materials are natural, derived from plants, animals and the earth - stone, timber, fibres, minerals and metals. The monochrome palette gives a cool impression, and is brought to life with the feature/heart of the store, the suspended preserved living installation. The display spaces between the angular fragments are filled with Harker Herbals products, made from smaller particles and minerals found growing within the earths rocks.
The palette, in combination with the minimal design supports and encompasses the companies ethos, “be well, live well”.
We look forward to working with W Gartshore Limited in the future and to enjoying this space alongside many others across the precinct!
