Havana Haus.

Havana Haus is a multi faceted art space that includes an infinity studio, portable studio walls, office spaces, event space and podcast studios. Our client came to us with an exceptional brief. This concept space, had to be “All things, to everyone” To take this space from industrial warehouse shell to multi functional, textural, and inspiring, we drew on the ‘art gallery’ interior as out preliminary concept. The staircase is a true connection piece and is not only a statement feature but is functional. We have ensured moments for collaboration and activation. Fabric treatments are employed throughout to allow the user to expose the original concrete architecture or create softness as required. We created a portable wall story that included items of furniture and display that allows endless function and option. The upper level offers focus and further function with offices, a balcony boardroom and podcast studio.
