RLA Construction is owned and operated by Richard Anderson. 

RLA Construction is a Blenheim based construction company. We offer a complete building service from concept design, planning and building consents, construction, full project management to completion and landscaping.

Richard developed a passion for building after an upbringing of being around the trade. He has worked on many architectural homes, renovations and commercial jobs. Now with the building background behind him, he is also involved in designing unique projects and developing land. This gives RLA Construction an edge; being able to work through the whole process from looking for a suitable site to build on, to planning and carrying out the job to the highest of standards. In addition to new homes we also offer light commercial, renovation building services, out-of-town builds, landscaping and house & land packages.
