The Heaton Street Medical Centre is a direct response to the growing demand for health services, particularly as aged related medical services are set to increase as the South Canterbury average population age is expected to increase over the next 10 years. 

The medical centre is a 2 storey commercial development that centralises 2 separate medical centres, a pharmacy and related health professional office space into one central location -  creating a ‘one-stop-shop’ for medical services. Emergency triage and isolation facilities complement the services offered.  

We were responsible for the concept and design development for the project and took charge of client and consultant coordination, preparation of tender, contract and construction documentation, observation of the site and contract administration of the project.
