Tucked away in Jacks Point, this 500sq/m+ home has been designed immaculately, with no compromise on quality and detail. We were heavily involved at all stages of this job from consultancy through to completion. The brief was to create a whole home plumbing, heating and energy system which operates sustainably, with energy efficiency. After detailed design work alongside the home owner and project managers, we implemented the following solution:
- 30kw Kensa Ground Source Heat Pump
- Underfloor Heating to approx 500sq/m, in separate zones with Heatmiser Controls
- Rotex Thermal Store with Dual Elements
- 5kw Solar PV System (to generate power for the heat pump & general household)
- Power Genius (to manage solar power distribution most effectively)
- 2 x Biolytix Wastewater Treatment System.
