About
A near-perfect replica rebuild of the home damaged by the Canterbury earthquakes. We are proud to have completed the structural and geotechnical engineering design on this project, including pile design, slab design, steel and timber framing design for the house and garage. With every room where it was originally, including those with slightly odd shapes, the historical integrity of the home has been retained while leaving allowance for added modern features such as central heating. This project is a real masterpiece and a big win for the Christchurch rebuild.
