Our client wanted a multigenerational family beach house to replace their much loved kiwi bach retreat on a narrow (12m) sloping site with many challenging design considerations.

The ocean views were captured successfully from many spaces in the house as well as the beautifully detailed  louvertec covered deck. Additional generous outdoor spaces have been created, sheltered from sun and wind enabling family and friends space to enjoy this beautiful mainland reserve. This house is constructed with honed masonry block, crafted with Cedar cladding, Jarrah decking and timber finishes executed to a high standard. The Polished concrete slab on grade and uni span floors, with a long run mono pitch roof, keep a simple palate and all required high quality delivery.
