Holcroft Prestige Ltd was founded in 2011 by Nick Holcroft, a craftsman with significant experience in the building industry.

Having established a successful, award-winning, 15-year partnership with his stepbrother and fellow builder, Terry O’Conner, trading as Prestige Homes Ltd, the duo quickly gained a reputation in the Waikato for their skill and expertise building a mixture of residential homes, developments and commercial projects.

Stepping out on his own, the formation of Holcroft Prestige Ltd enabled Nick to concentrate on high-end projects and today, Nick leads a dynamic team of builders who take pride in delivering top quality craftsmanship and a great customer experience.

Nick’s commitment to quality and customer service is strongly influenced by personal experience. When he purchased and renovated an old villa, while living in it with a young family, Nick combined the roles of home owner, project manager and builder and received a valuable set of perspectives.

These perspectives now form the five guiding principles Nick operates by and underpin the guarantee Holcroft Prestige Ltd gives to each of its clients.
