The project consisted of the design of a new build two-storey dwelling with a floor area of approximately 267 m2.

The design included a number of environmental features including increased insulation in the external walls and a thermally-broken concrete foundation encased in insulation.

The design also includes a number of exposed steel beams which have been carefully detailed to achieve the designers desired visual effect.
