The owner had this 540m2 two-level home designed with attention to detail in mind. As an avid golfer, he built his dream home overlooking the St Andrews Golf course nestled next to the Waikato river with highly coveted views from the expanse of decking on both levels. Covering the deck areas and under the roof, eaves are 200m2 Ribon Soffits in Black and a custom 600mm step-down fascia detail using Ribon’s fascia and soffit system along with a custom 400mm custom fascia panel.
