Ridge Rd Residence
Set elevated looking over the Mahurangi harbour, this 3 level home features a modern contemporary design using low maintenance quality external cladding products. Ribon was chosen as the soffit cladding for choice for our efficient integrated frame and soffit cladding system allowing the builder to stay focused on the rest of the build while we take care of the soffit construction. This home features very large eaves overhangs for a very good reason. Passive heating was considered early in the design and the large overhangs protect the building from the punishing sun in summer and allowing the sun to warm up the building in winter as the sun drops in our sky. The low maintenance factor of Ribon soffits was a big deciding factor for the owners, allowing them to not have to worry about re-painting/staining etc, and having a very easy to clean surface.

Ribon uses Colorcote Magnaflow 0.55BMT zinc/aluminium/magnesium coated pre-painted steel coil to suit buildings up to Zone D.
