Offering spacious, quality, boutique apartments on the fringe of Auckland’s lively CBD. The consideration of architectural and design innovation and planning, including the preservation of the original structure’s integrity, and a focus on quality, elegance, and location, sees Hopetoun Residences stand out amongst the trend of re-developments of old commercial stock on the fringes of central Auckland.
Awards:
- Winner: New Zealand Property Council award of excellence best in the Adaptive and Reuse category for the newly refurbished Hopetoun Residences.
