Efficient spaces capturing the views with opposing decks to combat the prevailing winds. Simple materials with cost effective forms. Ply and batten cladding doused with All Black paint. Simple interiors with Ash flooring surfaces and Okoume panel detailing. Monopitch roof forms stretching 32 metres in profiled metal. Plywood bathroom linings with Caroma fittings to meet budget and practicalities. A double garage for all the farming + building paraphenalia with an overclad plywood door to complete the picture.
