This downstairs flat fitout resulting in a quaint bottom flat kitchen, bathroom and living interior. The small space includes clever storage solutions and a considered flow between spaces. The light and bright bathroom made good use of the windowless room and isn't overpromised with unnecessary elements.

With windows on two sides only, this bottom flat renovation called for open, bright spaces that enveloped the natural light and generous floura that surrounds it. Every surface was enhanced and a well appointed kitchen and bathroom exemplified the superb use of space. What makes this space truly special is the restoration of the naturally exposed timbers, brought back to life with expert craftsmanship by the Lockhart Construction team.
