Restoration Overview:  Two houses beautifully painted.

The work

New Build:

• We worked around builders and other trades.
• Detailed scotia’s and joinery which was hand-painted and cut in/mini rolled.
• Multi colours used.

Second House Ready for Painting:

• Sprayed quick dry on bare wood, window/door frames and skirting.
• Sprayed broad wall sealer on sealing, walls and quick dry overcoat on timber.
• Sprayed top coats on ceilings.
• Sprayed Lustacryl on windows/door frames and skirtings.
• Cut in/mini-rolled walls.

Exterior Works:

• Painting facias, soffits, sidewalls and concrete walls.
• Oiled cedar weatherboards and soffits.

The result

Two beautifully painted and stained cedar homes which were done to the highest standard both internally and externally.
