Martin Rd Residence

Just wow! This bespoke home is truly something special which we designed, built in our factory, then transported to site to completion for owners Matt & Elise.   Originally based off our Settler 2 plan, we worked with the owners to come up with the perfect home design to suit their lifestyle. Incorporated into the home were some unique design elements, like the stone bath, plywood walls, raking ceiling, and integrated fridge cabinetry in the kitchen.   Take a look around the home, and hear what owners Matt & Elise have to say about their experience of building with Advance Build.  If you're interested in building a new home, give us a call to talk to one of our friendly team! We offer a free proposal and floorplan if you are ready to build and have a site in mind.
