Given the coastal setting, quality was paramount. Targetti’s Keplero RGBW and JEDI RGBW fixtures were chosen for their robustness against corrosion, superior light quality, and versatile color options. Simes fixtures, known for their architectural elegance, and notorious 15-step corrosive treatment as well as offering exceptional glare control.

Inside, IBL downlights, LED strips, and RGBW Neonflex seamlessly integrate across the home and joinery units, while Targetti’s Forty Eight low-voltage track system expertly highlights artworks with high CRI properties.

Lumen8 meticulously oversaw every detail, from design to commissioning, ensuring a flawless execution and a harmonious journey from concept to completion.
