The land, owned by Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities; originally comprised of three large sections with Kāinga Ora houses. These houses were demolished in order to optimise the available space.

th1nk was approached by GJ Gardner initially to provide assistance to their current site manager, however, th1nk was subsequently awarded the site management to complete this project.

The 21 units required carpentry and painting remedial internal and external works. th1nk enlisted the assistance of their affiliated company bout1q Construction to ensure these works were carried out and completed to a high standard.
