Rototuna Junior High-school was opened to the public in early 2016 followed by the opening of the Senior high school in early 2017.
th1nk was engaged by Arrow International in January 2018 to assist with closing out their remaining defects on the newly constructed Junior & Senior High School in Rototuna, Hamilton. th1nk successfully closed out these defects by managing the subcontractors and ensuring the work was completed to a quality standard.
th1nk was then engaged by Frequency in January 2019 to site manage both the construction of the Undercroft Wall and Circulation works at school. th1nk successfully completed these projects by carefully selecting and managing quality subcontractors. The projects were completed on time and to a high quality finish.
