Tom, Lisa and their team operate a great business; I had built a couple of times with franchised building companies previously and decided to try a smaller local niche option for this project. I’m really pleased that I did, the advantages are; More friendly personal contact, a better price point without franchise fees being pasted through to national franchisors, the owner (Tom) overseeing the build as the project manager, a great group of guys who work in the business and are not contracted in on a build by build basis.
