Elevated residence in Remuera featuring a complete renovation that harmonizes contemporary design with modern living comforts, including a functional split-level layout and an inviting open-plan entertainment hub.
Situated on an elevated north-west facing site in Remuera, this residence has undergone a complete renovation. It now blends contemporary design with the comforts of modern living. The home’s split-level layout is both functional and spacious, providing spaces for various needs. The heart of the home - the entertainment hub - is an open-plan kitchen, dining and living space that effortlessly connects to a sunken lounge, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The design has been carefully crafted to enhance both form and function, ensuring that every space complements the needs of modern living, while also offering an inviting atmosphere throughout.
