Kingpin, located in New Zealand's ski haven of Queenstown, has been designed as a luxury modern industrial ski lodge with beautiful views of the lake and mountains. 

The design introduced finishes like faux fur, leather, brass, wooden cladding, stone pavers, bricks and timber furniture to create a venue that resembles a ski lodge. Feature lighting across various venue areas adds to the venue's luxury and opulence.

The design incorporates an elaborate double-height entrance with statement lighting features and a 10 meter high entertainment wall. The outdoor area is cozy and intimate, this is complemented by a bespoke fireplace and stoned cladded walls. 

Inspired by a movie set, the escape room wait area boasts a large bookshelf that doubles as a secret entrance along with the large clock signifying time travel and the essence of time to solve a mystery. 

Kingpin was designed with a signature ceiling, the hexagonal design was brought into the design with brass cut snowflakes added to it to really tie into the location of the build, snowy and elegant Queenstown. 

This project also consists of a 1st-floor bowling area. Generous in size, it comprises an 8 lane bowling section, semi-private booth seating, and a long statement wall with vintage skis on display. 

There are multiple dining areas and a curved sports bar within the design and a VIP room designed to be luxurious and intimate using walnut finish wall paneling, painted brick cladding, velvet upholstery and a feature timber and brass ceiling. 

This was one of the largest projects Fitout Solutions had the pleasure of working on.
