Kokopu Lane Mangawhai.

Designed by Perry Architecture + Design , Kokopu lane project brief was for a refined, clean, robust dwelling.

Design considerations included maximising the small building platform and elevated views towards Mangawhai heads and Hen and Chickens Islands.

Sheltered outdoor living spaces have been created around the dwelling which provide options depending on wind direction.

The sleeping spaces are positioned to be calm and private, while the Kitchen and living space maximise the rural and sea views.

The resulting efficient plan and building size feels light and comfortable, a great place to relax
