Our clients came to us with a clear vision: a peaceful, self-sufficient retreat away from city life, a place to raise children and embrace the rhythms of nature. Their dream was a space to breathe and enjoy the ‘good life” We responded with an architectural concept inspired by European charm. A modern homestead with high-peaked roofs and distinct wings that create a sense of a small village. Materials were carefully chosen for their ability to age gracefully, ensuring the home feels more beautiful over time while remaining low-maintenance. Inside, the interiors echo the relaxed spirit of the architecture. Gentle, quiet spaces offer room for pause and reflection, while the kitchen becomes the lively heart of the home — a space designed for sharing food, laughter, and connection. It opens to a sheltered patio with an outdoor fireplace, perfect for gathering in all seasons. A generous scullery supports the kitchen, encouraging communal cooking and reinforcing the home’s emphasis on family, warmth, and togetherness.
