Landmark Homes North Shore /Rodney, have recently designed and built this stunning, two level home in Takapuna. Located on a newly subdivided site for easy-maintenance living, this spacious home has 4 roomy bedrooms, 2 living spaces, plus large open plan kitchen dining area. Landmark's Senior Designer, Wendy King, did a great job of designing this family home, to make the most of the site and meet all the required council regulations. Our interior designer, Shannon Pepper, created the inside spaces from the brief for a contemporary and luxurious feel, that would offer the owners a place to relax and recharge.  The centrally ducted air con system and cosy gas fire provides healthy and comfortable living all year round.
