With a focus on a modern, sharp, and edgy aesthetic, the exterior boasts a striking monochromatic blend of split stone and dark stained cedar. As you enter, the herringbone oak parquetry flooring sets the tone for the quality materials and skilled workmanship used throughout the home.  The kitchen is a standout feature, showcasing dark timber veneer cabinetry with accents of real cedar timber. Striking gold and rust colour veins running throughout dark benchtops, Gold accents with handles and tapware, High end Miele appliances, and sleek clean line overall design. The open-plan living & outdoor spaces on the ground floor provide ample room for entertaining. A cozy double sided fireplace sits between each indoor living space providing ambience and warmth the home also entails a full central air con system. A luxurious master suite offers a fully fitted walk-in robe and a spa-like ensuite.
