Lesa, a fine-dining sister restaurant to Embla, features a redesigned rear that enhances inter-floor connectivity and operational efficiency, completed in 2018.
Sister restaurant to the multi award-winning Embla, Lesa provided a more fine-dining, food-focused environment to complement the heaving, raucous wine-bar below. A redesign and rebuild of the rear of the building improved connection between floors and unlocked significant operational efficiencies.
