Nestled in the leafy suburb of Lindfield, this beautiful heritage home sits on a generous 1,400m² site complete with a swimming pool .While the home retained its grand heritage charm and scale, the rear living areas were poorly planned, with uneven floor levels and hazardous surfaces that made the space impractical for a growing family. The transformation reimagined the rear as a warm, functional family haven—featuring raked ceilings, a covered outdoor entertaining area, and fully retractable sliding doors that open to a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. A new gourmet kitchen with a spacious butler’s pantry, outdoor fireplace, and built-in BBQ now anchor the home’s connection to the pool and garden, creating an effortless setting for family living and entertaining.
