Bondi Renovation.

ArchiPro Project Summary - A contemporary renovation transforming a cramped Bondi semi into a spacious family home with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and versatile outdoor spaces, completed in collaboration with Melanie Tomlinson Design and built by Intent Building.

Originally a dark and cramped two-bedroom semi on a compact 223m² site, this Bondi home was transformed to suit a young family of four. While well located with rear lane access, the existing layout couldn’t meet the family’s needs or host regular guests. The renovation added a spacious first floor with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a rear ground-floor extension, and a versatile open pergola that doubles as covered parking or an outdoor entertaining area.

Interior Design for this project was completed in collaboration with Melanie Tomlinson Design.
