Bondi Renovation 2021
About
Originally a dark and cramped two-bedroom semi on a compact 223m² site, this Bondi home was transformed to suit a young family of four. While well located with rear lane access, the existing layout couldn’t meet the family’s needs or host regular guests. The renovation added a spacious first floor with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a rear ground-floor extension, and a versatile open pergola that doubles as covered parking or an outdoor entertaining area.
Interior Design for this project was completed in collaboration with Melanie Tomlinson Design.
