This master-planning was used to confirm some of the major tenants in the development that the increasing residential community would grow about. We participated in the community engagement work and used good planning practice to inform all stake-holders. Wingates have a long association with Mangawhai through a number of residential, commercial and community projects which ensured there was local context and vernacular to the design. The master-planning included Industrial, Large Format, Main Street Retail, Offices, Hotel, Retirement Living, Housing and a linkage to Waipu Road.
