Large flagstones can make spectacular statement pieces in landscape design. Sourced exclusively from Wānaka Stone's Poolburn quarry, these stones are as versatile as they are beautiful.
Large format stones have been used to create a tranquil inner courtyard with a water feature. The use of Central Otago's distinctive Poolburn schist creates a striking visual impact from every aspect of the home. The owners travelled from Waikato to personally select each large format stone, and had additional schist cut to size for coping around the pool. The stone's irregular shape and natural texture integrate seamlessly into the landscape, creating a lasting impression.
