Contemporary Maraetai Apartment featuring a two-bedroom penthouse and two one-bedroom apartments, designed for flexibility and stunning sea views, utilizing durable materials for longevity in a coastal setting.
Flexibility and superb sea views were provided in this Maraetai Beach home. The owners were wanting a lock-up-and-leave residence for themselves plus a potential passive income. Graeme designed a three-level building, housing a two-bedroom penthouse apartment above and two one-bedroom apartments below, with a sophisticated, semi-industrial vibe.
Pre-Auckland Unitary Plan, this compact apartment building in Maraetai pre-empts the density brought in by the AUP. Quality materials such as precast concrete and block work will stand the test of time in this coastal environment.
