Crafted from weathered timber and sand-coloured materials, the Marine Parade residence by Seear-Budd Ross harmonises with its surroundings. Its stretched hip roof unifies the exterior, blending garage and dwelling seamlessly. Internally, fragrant New Zealand-grown macrocarpa creates distinct spaces, from the cosy entryway to the airy living pavilion with ocean views. Designed for a young family, it balances public and private areas effortlessly, connected by a glazed passageway.
