Welcome to Marsden Cove Pool Paradise. This contemporary-style luxury home in Northland is a true story of modern outdoor living. Despite strict covenants, a sloping site, and curved frontage, JD Landscape Architecture has created an elegant and easy-care oasis – a place to come home to and enjoy.
The framework of the garden includes stone facing to match the existing stone sea walls. To soften the space and bring a hint of luxury, warm hardwood kwila decking has been incorporated. The pool, designed and installed by Mayfair Pools, paired with curved glass pool wall, adds the perfect finishing touch and blurs the line between the pool and the marina.
JD Landscape has created the perfect outdoor haven for busy professionals to come home to a stunning setting with plenty of contemporary style and modern design.
