We designed this beautiful and contemporary brand new home for comfort, enjoyment and easy-care living. Located in Kirimoko park, this architectural home has new and unique exciting features. Contrast and boldness were achieved through a mix of cladding materials and a rusticcoreten front door. These helped create street appeal. Beautifully connecting with the landscape and bringing the outdoors in, the entrance through to the living space is flanked by internal feature gardens and extensive glazing to provide generous light and sun. Artistic lighting draws the eye to the main feature areas in the home and leads out to the mountain views. Picture frame windows were designed and positioned to capture the best mountain views.

A second lounge provides a multi-functional space that can be opened up to be part of the living hub, or with closed sliders, a space perfect for watching movies. Window seats perfectly positioned next to the wood burner and in the master, provide space to sit, relax and embrace the sun and views. Each space in the home was designed to be distinct, yet connected through materials and colour schemes.
