Meadowstone

Gibb Building was engaged to build our home in 2012. We were absentee clients, but Nevin made every effort to ensure we were always aware of how the build was progressing and we felt we were fully informed at each step, including regular financial updates.  We found Nevin to be a highly competent builder and project manager. We quickly developed confidence in his ability to identify issues and deal with them effectively. He has extremely high standards and worked with his team to complete a quality build with quality workmanship and attention to detail. Nevin was always approachable and has very good communication skills. He organised meetings with subcontractors, ensuring we were getting exactly what we wanted.  He has an understanding of the regulations and obligations of both resource and building consents and maintained a tidy work site in keeping with current health and safety regulations. Neighbours commented on their efforts to minimise any disruption.  When we visited the site Nevin was always available to meet with us and his team of builders and subcontractors were always friendly and welcoming. After we had moved in to our new home, Nevin continued to work to ensure that any issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently, until we were completely satisfied with our new home. We were impressed with the Gibb Building team and would not hesitate to recommend or to use them again. - Owners of Meadowstone project
