This Merivale, Christchurch project focuses on high-quality materials and finishes. The exterior showcases a combination of vertically aligned Western Red Cedar and Resene Rockcote masonry plaster system with a Natural Cerano finish, complemented by Matt Black aluminium joinery. Inside, the house features Winstones Gib finished with 6mm Neolith Layla wall slate, the highest quality Italian tiles throughout, Prime Panel joinery, and Anti-etch stone bench tops.
