This award-winning project by Bonham is a comprehensive renovation of a beachside residence on Auckland’s North Shore. Led by Jason Bonham, the transformation reimagines the original layout to suit modern living, while retaining just enough of the home’s character to ground it in place and memory.

While parts of the original flooring downstairs were retained, the rest of the home was stripped back and completely reworked to reflect a more refined, contemporary lifestyle. Every element was reconsidered, from spatial planning to finishes and custom detailing, to create a warm and eclectic home with international design sensibility.
