Calida Projects completed a complete refurbishment of the existing Mona Vale Hotel.

The works undertaken included a new TAB Area, Outdoor Decking & Courtyard Area, a brand new ground floor Kitchen as well a completely redesigned Main Bar, Sportsbar & Gaming Room. The façade of the building received a facelift with new signage & painted timber fencing along the perimeter of the building. The refurbishment was undertaken from March to December 2017 and with separable portions of the project handed over individually throughout this duration. It was a successful project that was delivered on budget and on the programme.
