The Woolloomooloo Bay Hotel underwent a complete facelift of the existing space as well as building a brand-new rooftop bar adding an additional floor to this iconic building.

The Internal space was designed by Luchetti Krelle interior design while the amazing façade was designed by Architects Richard Stanisich. There were significant works Required to the structure of the building to complete the works required, level 03 was constructed from a redundant slab.

The Ground Floor, level 01 and level 02 underwent a facelift and refurbishment, whilst maintaining the look and feel of the existing hotel for the locals. The aim of this hotel was for it to undergo a full refurbishment while keeping its genuine historical feel for locals. The project boasted three floors which ranged from three different pallets and created three different finishes.
