Design Approach

The design responds thoughtfully to the site’s natural slope, using split levels to create visual interest while accommodating practical family spaces. Carefully planned internal layouts allow areas to feel connected yet distinct, supporting both shared living and private retreat within the home.

Material Selection

Natural stone plays a defining role throughout the project. Luna Chiaro Limestone was specified across the entry, terraces and outdoor living areas, creating a light, cohesive foundation that enhances connection between spaces. Silhouette Grey Granite Cobblestones add subtle texture and structure, defining circulation paths within the landscape while complementing the limestone palette.
