Mosman Golf Club
MPD were engaged to complete the building component of this project. The club house building is a heritage listed Federation style Mansion split over two levels.
Works included, extensive demolition of internal walls, floors and ceilings including complete removal of asbestos from external facade and ceilings. The internal and external refurbishment of the club house included new amenities, landscaping and a new 150 square meter veranda, all while adhering to the original heritage design and requirements.
