A Perfect Space for Entertaining

The concept for this Mosman home reflects our clients’ love of north American coastal architecture, combining elements of British colonial style with respect for the heritage of the 1890s property. Walk through the front door to find its handsome lines repeated in a trio of custom-designed arched steel doors in the dining room, where a large 14 seat table stands on a specially crafted inlay panel of geometric tiles, making this a perfect space for entertaining.

We reconfigured the floor plan to create a large, sun-filled kitchen, with extensive runs of cabinetry, marble benchtops and statement marble splash back. Bifold steel doors can be pushed back to connect this room seamlessly to a terrace that can be enjoyed year-round. The property’s tall ceilings and large rooms are enhanced around the home with traditional-style wainscoting.
