Esplanade Residence

The Holland Building Group needed a residential property that captures the essence of a beachside lifestyle, and Sculpt Fireplace Collection was more than happy to take on the challenge. The result was Esplanade Residence, an architectural masterpiece of modern design that will have its completion year in 2022.  Sculpt Fireplace Collection worked hard to combine its suspended fireplace design with the homes luxury entrance, large underground parking station, eclectic cellar, refined details, and beach views with an infinity pool, making this beachside residence a dream come true. The warm earthy tones of the interior bring a sense of tranquility to the property, with beautiful timber flooring, stone benchtops and soft furnishings, and a spacious open plan with plenty of natural light. The JC Bordelet Eva 992 suspended wood fireplace was the perfect addition, a breathtakingly beautiful centerpiece that provides an air of sophistication and warmth to the interior.  Hand-made in limited quantities, the JC Bordelet fireplace is dramatically suspended from the ceiling, sure to be a grand statement piece in any living space. The attention to detail and craftsmanship provided by Sculpt Fireplace Collection is second to none, and the team is confident the residents of Esplanade Residence will enjoy the atmosphere for years to come.
