Redevelopment of Nelson Airport terminal infrastructure to accommodate projected passenger growth by 2035, featuring a high-performance Unitised Curtainwall that enhances aesthetics and acoustic comfort while ensuring superior weather resistance.
The redevelopment of the Nelson Airport terminal infrastructure is forecast to meet the passenger growth expected by 2035.
Thermosash engineered the high performance Unitised Curtainwall that reaches from floor to ceiling, providing open vistas across the region whilst reducing acoustic noise transfer. The curtainwall follows the triangular shaped roof profile which aesthetically replicates the skyline of Nelson’s Western Ranges.
Our pressure-equalised, pre-fabricated, unitised engineered solutions offer superior airtightness, thermal comfort, acoustic attenuation and tested weathertightness – bringing the view in but keeping the weather out.
Since 1973 we have engineered, manufactured and installed our bespoke facade solutions on buildings across New Zealand. Speak to us if you have a commercial project that requires bringing the view in, keeping the weather out, and making safer connections with the environment.
