Architecturally designed bach featuring precast walls, oak ceilings, hingeless doors, floating stairs, and a complex cladding system, complemented by a seamless garage door and a multifunctional fire pit that doubles as a deck.
Architecturally designed, this bach exudes simplicity. However, it entails a number of complicated details such as precast walls, oak ceilings with negative detail, hingeless doors, floating stairs, and acomplicated cladding system (Rosenfeld Kidson). The garage door of the main house is seamless,as it blends into the cladding, as is a large fire pitwith cover that acts as a deck when not in use.
