Holmes' oversaw the full refurbishment of the existing Dannevirke supermarket. The $3.9 million project proved to be one of the more challenging to date, due to the supermarket needing to remain operational throughout the build. With opening hours between 6am and 10pm this demanded high levels of co-ordination and safety between the client and consultant, along with the general public.
Despite the challenges, Holmes completed the construction on time and within budget to a high level of finish.
